The ladies of NAWIC Boston hosted members for a healthy cooking demonstration for April’s educational event. Chef Rosie Martone of Figaros Boston delivered a delicious meal as well as plenty of laughs. We learned that healthy does not mean your taste buds have to suffer!
Chef Rosie and her family have been serving fantastic food at Figeraos on Beach Street since 2003.
The menu included Algean Grilled Chicken with warm toasted couscous Salad. Vegetarians were prepared fried halloumi. Dessert included mixed berries with a zabaglione sauce.
Travelers also donated a door prize full of cooking goodies!
