Changing the Industry of Design & Construction, for Women Through Education & Research
At Fall Forum, we had the pleasure of learning about the Beverly Willis Architecture Foundation (BWAF). This non-profit organization seeks to advance the knowledge and recognition of women in the A/E/C industry. They have also embraced issues specific to women in the building industry, such as pay equality. They have done some great outreach and it's certainty worth a look! Most recently, they have developed Built by Women, a social and educational initiative that celebrates women's achievements!
