170 Cottage Street is a 66-unit fully affordable residential development in Chelsea, located next to the Chelsea Greenway and just one block from the Eastern Avenue Silver Line. The project features family-sized apartments, accessible homes, and housing for families experiencing or at risk of homelessness, supported by community-focused amenities including a large community room, parking, and open space, and is expected to receive Passive House certification.
