Hear from project team panelists Mike Wilcox, Director of Leasing at Bulfinch; Molly Heath, Managing Director at JLL; and Eric Weyant, Principal at Stantec as they discuss how Bulfinch revitalized the post-war suburban office site into a lab, research and office campus in Cambridge with over 600,000 square feet in three buildings including the restoration and preservation of neighboring wetlands and wooded areas. We’ll have an opportunity to watch a video tour of the campus, including a focus on the recently developed Building 400-500 a 286,000 SF lab and office building that is close to fully leased. The panel will discuss the history of the site, the master planning and design process, and the specific features of the campus – including COVID-conscious amenities and green space – that have made Cambridge Discovery Park so attractive to tenants.
