Bowling Fundraiser 04/07

NAWIC FUNDRAISERS

Over the past 25 years the chapter has raised funds through a variety of sources. From 1982 to 1994 we’ve held a Fashion Show and raised funds through ticket sales, raffles and direct solicitations of member firms. We’ve sold Entertainment Books and solicited prizes and held raffles to raise funds. An Annual Golf outing was held from 1999 to 2005 and Sharon Jozokos successfully chaired this event from 2001 to 2005.

The past two years funds we’ve raised funds through a Bowling Event at Boston Bowl on Morrissey Boulevard. This year approximately 60 members, guests and others in the industry joined us for an evening of bowling, dinner and socializing on April 19th. Sixteen companies sponsored lanes in addition to the fees collected for each bowler. Special thanks go to Cheryl Kay and her committee for all their hard work putting this event together which will allow us to continue to present awards in future years.
